  • Are there always two of you, and what benefit is that?
    Hopefully, yes! We have set up and are running this business together and as such hope to capture every wedding with both of us. If for whatever reason this can't be the case, due to illness or anything else we can't predict, we will let you know with as much notice as possible. The price will however stay the same, as we don't charge for both of us, we are comparative with the prices for individual wedding photographers (we just really like doing everything together)! The benefits from having the two of us is double the opportunity to capture all the silly moments, all the secret happy tears, and of course we can be in two places at once so can capture both members of the wedding party getting ready too!
  • What happens if you're ill and have to cancel the wedding?
    So, thanks to having two of us, it is fortunately very unlikely we will both be ill and unable to attend your special day. If something like this does happen though, rest assured we will try to find an alternative photographer for your day and pay them the money you paid us to do your wedding. If all else fails we will give you a full refund of any money you have paid us, including your deposit.
  • The add on with 35mm, how does that work?
    Libby has quite the passion for instant and film imagery and as such would like to offer the opportunity to capture your wedding in a fun and unique manner, using 35mm film. If you choose to add this on to your package, you will get 2 x 36 exposure rolls of 35mm images added to your digital album with the rest of your images, delivered in the 6-8 week turn around. Both photographers will still shoot the entire wedding digitally, but Libby will also stop to take some images on her SLR. Please note: due to the nature of film, not all 36 exposures per roll are promised to the client, the real number of images is more likely to be 30-34 per roll, and not all images will be perfect but that adds to the aesthetic of film. If for whatever reason no images come out from your wedding, you'll get a refund on the upgrade on the 35mm package. Fear not, if the 35mm doesn't come out you haven't lost any key moments though as both photographers will be shooting digital alongside, which is why it's great to have the both of us! We understand film isn't something everyone will want, we just want to offer something a bit more unique and quirky for your wedding should you choose to have it.
  • What about the legal stuff?
    We are fully insured, with equipment insurance, public liability and indemnity insurance, so don't worry about us! Copyright, as per the law in the UK, belongs to us as photographers but obviously we encourage you to send your photos far and wide around the world! All we ask is that you don't put a filter over them, as we spent many hours dedicated to editing each image to be perfect just for you.
  • Do we need to feed you?
    Thank you for asking! This is entirely up to you and your budget and plans for your wedding day, just please let us know before hand what your intentions are so we can bring a packed lunch if we need to! We don't have any allergies or intolerances so we are pretty easy going food wise. If you do want to feed us, don't worry about including us in the seating plan if it's easier not to, we are more than happy to eat wherever we can find space. We are all about being non-intrusive to your wedding day, disappearing into the background. We will almost always use your dinner time as time to refuel though, so please do set some time aside where you don't need images taken for us to rest, ready to document the rest of your day!
  • How would you describe your style?
    Our wedding photography is non-traditional. We are all about documenting your day in a non-intrusive and candid manner, ensuring we capture real emotions for you to look back on with joy and relive the moment. For this reason we don't take heavily posed photos or massive group shots. Our aim is to fade into the background and capture everything from the little details such as the reception decorations to the big moments, like the first kiss and some confetti covered portraits when you leave your ceremony.
  • We would like to book you, what happens now?
    Fantastic! Firstly, thank you so much, we cannot wait to be a part of your special day. If you'd like to book in with us please drop us a message using the contact form on this website or on any of our social media channels with the date and location of your wedding, and which package you're interested in choosing. If you're not sure on the package you want, please don't hesitate to discuss it with us and we can help tailor something to your very needs. From here we will organise a pre-wedding consultation which can be done over a cup of tea if you're local to Plymouth, or via online services such as Zoom, where we can discuss everything necessary for your day. If you're still interested after discussing our services, we will send you some contracts and forms to fill out and ask for a 20% deposit to secure your wedding date. About 2 months before the wedding we will send you some forms to fill out to see if you have any more specifics you need to tell us about and to give us a little more information about key times and events on your big day, to make sure we are fully prepared to capture it perfectly. A week before the wedding we will confirm addresses and times with you, double checking and making sure everything is all good to go! On the day of the wedding we will aim to arrive at the first location an hour early to make sure we are ready when the action starts. After the wedding you'll receive your images digitally within 6-8 weeks of the wedding date. These will be high resolution images for you to download and use as you please.
  • I need to cancel my wedding, do I get my money back?
    Sorry to hear you need to cancel your wedding! There are a couple of things to consider here- if the wedding is simply having a change of dates or venue please do let us know as we may be able to accommodate the changes and save you the hassle of trying to find a new photographer. If you do need to cancel the wedding for any other reason and would like your money back, we are happy to provide you with credit towards future shoots with our brand, but cannot provide a refund. Deposits no matter what, unless we have to cancel the wedding our end, are non-refundable.
  • Where are you based?
    We currently live in Plymouth in South West England, however Morgan is from Swansea so we have connections there too. We are more than happy to travel for any wedding, no matter the destination, please just let us know and we can do a custom quote for you!
  • You guys said you're candid- does that mean no group shots?
    We are definitely more focused on capturing candid, non posed images but this doesn't mean you can't have group shots. We recommend a maximum of 10 in the group shots to make sure you have plenty of time to spend with your guests, rather than fussing to organise one huge photo
  • How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
    Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

    We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. Realistically our site is just a portal for viewing our portfolio and we aim not to contact customers unless they contact us first. We also don't offer a subscription service so aim to keep you away from unneeded spam and only contact you if you ask us to.
